FAQs

Is this available to purchase anytime?
We will only sell our Annual Memberships twice each year--in August and in January. Both sales periods will have a limit of 10 of each membership type.

Can I pause my annual membership the way I can my monthly membership?
Sure! Just like with your recurring membership, we're happy to pause your annual membership up to three times each year without charge. Your membership will just be extended for the length of your hold(s).

I'm out of town in August and September. Can I start the membership when I get back?

While it must be purchased by the end of August, you're welcome to start the membership anytime. Just email info@flightroomseattle.com and we'll adjust the start date for you.

I'm on a monthly plan and already paid for this month. What should I do?
We can either set up your plan to start/be processed on your next billing date (just email us at info@flightroomseattle.com and we'll get you all set) or you will be automatically refunded a prorated amount for this month's membership when you purchase online.
