Beginner Flight

A 60 min beginner workshop covering safety along with what, where, when + hows to prepare you for 'take off'. Working from the ground up to the air!
Flight yoga pushes you beyond your usual limitations challenging you to connect deeper with your body + movement and explore a new edge!

Flight Flow

Let your soul loose in a dynamic vinyasa style flow that moves in + around the hammock linking breath to movement. Each class is uniquely tailored to offer pacing and poses to fit the students in the room. Requests are welcomed!

Urban Zen Flight 

Designed to lower stress and decompress. Open up tight areas and work out stuck  energy. You will feel lighter, longer and lifted as you 'take the weight off your shoulders'. Our mothership of a savasana will leave you with a unique sense of relaxation and euphoria that will linger for a while. The hour is a real treat and instructors will offer up anything from restorative movement, myofacial release, guided meditation, crystal healing, floating adjustments, or tuning forks for balancing. Warm eye pillows and essential oils are offered for extra self care

Yin Flight 

Total bliss comes from release of all the bad stuff we store in our muscles,  joints + mind. Practiced on fabrics lowered closer to the ground it incorporates longer held postures much like a traditional yin class to release stuff that's embedded deeper inside the body. The quiet gaps between instruction are filled with chill music to help relax the mind and 'tune' out. Instructors will offer up  warm eye pillows and essential oils among any of their other signature healing experiences.

Power Flight

Prepare to be challenged! Working with resistance + gravity you will flow through powerful asanas. Get creative with movement + transitions. Increase your balance and core strength along with your focus. We never forget to have fun! Laughter is common and helps to relieve stress and lighten your soul. 

Heads up! This class can be risky and complicated for beginners. We recommend taking other flight classes until it seems natural to you. Best suited for experienced flyers. 


Play Flight 

Unleash your playful side. Move through a playful flow with dance like sequencing that adds new variations of some creative + challenging asanas and transitions. Encouraging concentration and balance as well as reducing stress through playfulness.

Heads up! This class can be risky and complicated for beginners. We recommend taking other flight classes until it seems natural to you.

Yoga Vibe 

Shake up your yoga! Quite literally using a whole body vibration board to both challenge your balance + massage tight joints and muscles. Designed for people on the go, the amplification of this 30 min class will provide the benefits of 90 min. 

All levels welcome; space is very limited; (this is not an aerial class.)
