Originally inhabited by seafarers from Asia Minor in the 4th Century BC, the island now cradles people who enjoy a lifestyle that has been shaped by a varied and dramatic past. This is a place that appears untouched by time, but where the inhabitants quietly preserve one of the best kept secrets of the Aegean.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get to Amorgos and the hotel?

From Athens, you can either take a ferry (5-8 hours) from the nearby port of Piraeus (40 minutes from the Athens airport) or you can fly to Santorini or Mykonos and take a shorter ferry (1.5-3 hours) to Amorgos. We will arrange your transport from your arrival on Amorgos to the hotel. Read more about your travel options here.

Because of the travel time to the island, we recommend flying into Athens the day prior to our retreat so you can arrive to Amorgos by late afternoon on the 16th.

I’d like to attend with a friend/partner. How do I register for two people?

You will have the option to reserve a private room for single or double occupancy and have the choice between a king bed or two twin beds.

I’d like to attend but I’m nervous I’m not advanced enough in my aerial yoga practice.

This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are! Some people attending will be experienced aerial yogis and some will be brand new. We will all support each other’s growth, no matter which stage of journey we are on. There will be one or two “play” classes offered, but most will be appropriate for all levels of aerial yogis including lots of wonderful stretch-y, restorative options.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending the retreat?

Most of our retreat attendees register as individuals and are not traveling with a friend or partner, so you’ll be in good company. If you’re reserving a shared room, we will take care of matching you with another student traveling alone. One of the biggest benefits of the retreat experience is meeting new friends!

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations (for any reason, including Covid concerns) made more than 180 days before arrival are fully refundable less the $500 deposit. Cancellations made between 61 and 179 days are 50% refundable and cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival are not refundable.
