About the Free Intro Series
Our signature Intro to Aerial Yoga 6-Week Series is offered on a rotating basis at all studio locations and is included as a free gift with your 30 Day Trial purchase. This is a perfect option for those who like a gentle, progressive start and learning with a group of other brand new beginners. Once you purchase your Trial, you’ll receive an email with a link to book your optional Series.
About half of new Flight Room students choose to start this way and half jump right into group classes ~ both are excellent beginnings and it’s totally up to your schedule and preference.

FAQs
I am interested in getting started but I don’t want to attend/my schedule doesn’t allow for an Intro Series.
No problem! The 30 Day Trial is still the best place to start. You can either register for a Flight Foundations Intro Workshop (included) or jump straight to group classes with beginner-friendly options offered daily.
I’d like to attend a series but I have to miss one of the classes.
That’s totally fine! As long as you can attend four or more of the six sessions, you’ll still get a lot of value out of our Intro Series. If you can make three sessions or fewer, we recommend starting with regular group classes or the Intro Workshop.
I’m not sure if I’ll like it yet. Can I start with a single class?
Yes, of course. You can book any class as a $39 drop in right here. The best value is definitely the trial though and is only available before your first class. If you don’t love aerial within your first week, we’re happy to offer a full refund.
