FAQs
Is there going to be a gift card sale this year for Black Friday?
Instead of selling gift cards at a discount to be used on an annual membership, both Flight Room and Chrysalis are offering $100 (unlimited) and $75 (light flyer) bonus gift cards. With the expanded access, it’s truly the best value we’ve offered.
Flight Room (Central District + Green Lake) is also is offering a “buy for a friend, get a bonus card for yourself” sale for Black Friday and you’re welcome to use those bonus cards toward a Flight Room annual membership.
When can I start my annual membership?
All annual memberships will stay on your account until you’re ready to activate. If you purchase a Flight Room membership, you can activate it at anytime. Chrysalis memberships may be activated anytime after January 1, 2026.
We will take care of transitioning your Chrysalis membership to the new Chrysalis Walla account (same log-in email/password as your Flight Room account.)
Can I use account credit toward my purchase?
Yes, if you have Flight Room account credit you’re welcome to use that toward a Flight Room (Green Lake and Central District) annual membership purchase. If you purchase a Chrysalis annual membership, your Flight Room credit will stay on your account for drop ins, merchandise, private sessions or anything else we sell.
How does the payment plan work?
We offer payment plans via Klarna, with options for interest-free installments or low monthly payments. Choose “payment plan” when signing up and we’ll send you the checkout link + add your plan on our end. Note: Promo codes may only be used with the pay-in-full option via Walla.
What if I already have a monthly membership?
Your monthly plan doesn’t auto-cancel—just email us at info@flightroomseattle.com or cancel through your Walla account. Once your current cycle ends, you can activate your new annual plan. No 3-day notice required for the switch.
I have class credits left—can I still buy an annual?
Absolutely. You can either start your annual plan later and use up your current classes, or email jen@flightroomseattle.com to have your class credits converted to account credit toward your annual purchase.
Can I pause or refund my membership?
You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year. Because annual memberships are heavily discounted, they’re non-refundable—but you can transfer the remaining time to a friend if needed!
