What class should I take first?

By far, the most frequently asked question we get from new students is:
“Where the heck do I start?”

The short answer?

Any Level 1 option!

Every Level 1 class is designed for beginners — our incredible instructors will support you, meet you where you’re at, and make sure you feel safe and encouraged.

The longer answer?

Here are some class suggestions based on your learning style and the kind of vibe you're after:

→ Flight Foundations Workshop

Included with your Starter Pack! This 2.5-hour small group workshop is our #1 recommendation for new students who want to start with extra time and personal attention. Join first or work it into your first few weeks — up to you!

🌈 Classic aerial yoga intro — a mix of stretch, strength and play
→ Beginner Flight or Aerial Essentials

😌 Chill vibes only
→ Zen Flight
Gentle movement, breath work and deep relaxation in the hammock. Float out of class like a sleepy little starfish.

💪 Sweat + Silk
→ Barre Flight or Fit & Flexy Flight
A dynamic mix of aerial and grounded fitness formats for those who want to get strong and have fun.
