The Villa is built in minimal contemporary style, with six different bedroom layouts. The rooms are spacious and designed as shared accommodations, though the king room with pool view may be booked as single occupancy (or reserved for two guests if you’re traveling with a partner.) If you are coming with a friend/s, please make sure to make that note in your registration so we can make sure you’re in the same room together. Most of our retreat participants come alone, so no worries if you don’t know someone else on the retreat. We’ll all become quick friends!

About the Retreat Leader

Hi everyone! My name is Grace and I am so thrilled to be hosting this retreat! I first joined Flight Room as a student during the pandemic hoping to rekindle my passion for dance and movement and fell in love with aerial yoga! I eventually joined the work trade team before becoming the studio experience technician for the Ballard location. After I graduated with my degree in Elementary Education I decided to leave my original career path of teaching young kids, to teach aerial yoga! I have been an instructor with Flight Room ever since. I now spend my days writing and hanging upside down.

I was ecstatic to hear that I would get to lead one of the Greece retreats as it has always been a dream travel destination for me! I have always been so passionate about travel. I believe that some of the best moments in life come when you step outside your comfort zone and change your perspective, whether that is through travel or learning how to hang upside down! I so look forward to getting to know every one of you and helping to ensure that this adventure is one you can remember fondly for years to come!

Frequently Asked Questions

What flight should I book?

Any flight that allows you to be at the Athens airport by midday on Saturday; you won’t want to miss the welcome dinner of Greek specialties!

I’d like to attend with a friend/partner. How do I register for two people?

You can either reserve our Pool View King Room or Garden View Double Room for two people or you can book as a single and make a note in your registration form that you’d like to room with your friend.

I’d like to attend but I’m nervous I’m not advanced enough in my aerial yoga practice.

This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are! Some people attending will be experienced aerial yogis and some will be brand new. We will all support each other’s growth, no matter which stage of journey we are on. There will be one or two “play” classes offered, but most will be appropriate for all levels of aerial yogis including lots of wonderful stretch-y, restorative options.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending the retreat?

Most of our retreat attendees register as individuals and are not traveling with a friend or partner, so you’ll be in good company. If you’re reserving a shared room, we will take care of matching you with another student traveling alone. One of the biggest benefits of the retreat experience is meeting new friends!

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations (for any reason, including Covid concerns) made more than 120 days before arrival are fully refundable less the $300 deposit. Cancellations made between 61 and 119 days are 50% refundable and cancellations made 60 days or less before arrival are not refundable.
