Note: Series run back-to-back, so please only register for ONE 6-week session per level. You’ll get the same great curriculum either way — no need to double up! You ARE welcome to register for sequential levels (ie: take level 1-2 during the first session and then level 2-3 during the second session.)

bridge series: From Level 1 to Level 2

This 6-week series is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between Level 1 and Level 2 classes.

Each week, you’ll build strength, coordination, and aerial awareness through guided warm-ups, skill-building drills, and focused hammock work. We’ll break down key prerequisites for Level 2 in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

Expect to:

Strengthen your pull and grip

Work toward inverting independently

Explore new movements and transitions

Ask questions, get personal feedback, and grow your confidence in the air

bridge series: From Level 2 to Level 3

Join us for this 6-week series designed to help you build strength, boost confidence, and master the key skills needed for Level 3 aerial classes.

Each class includes a full warm-up, targeted strength and conditioning, and focused progressions to improve your fluency in foundational moves like:

Standing confidently in the hammock

Floating straddles

Independent inversions (hip hangs, rope wraps, and more)

You’ll get plenty of time to break down poses, explore transitions, ask questions, and take your practice deeper in a supportive, technique-driven environment.

bridge series: From Level 3 to Level 4

We’ll focus on building the strength, awareness, and control needed for Level 4 classes, while introducing new skills in a structured, progressive format.

Weekly Focus:
Week 1 — Level 3 Foundations, Wrap Awareness, Vertical Descents
Week 2 — Pathways to Inversions and Wraps
Week 3 — Footlocks + Hip Keys
Week 4 — Crossback Straddle Pathways + Entries
Week 5 — Intro to Belays
Week 6 — Linking It All: Creating Sequences

You’ll leave with stronger technique, a better understanding of how wraps and transitions work together and a new sense of confidence.
