Private Events & Partnerships Manager

Remote (Seattle-based preferred) | $21/hour + 10% Commission + performance bonuses | Free Unlimited Membership + Plus One

Flight Room is seeking a self-starting, sales-focused part-time team member to take full ownership of our Private Events and 1-on-1 Aerial Yoga program. This role is 100% responsible for driving all leads and closing all bookings — with a clear target of growing this program to $12,000/month+ in revenue.

If you're a creative marketer, confident closer, and organized coordinator who loves fitness and community, this role is for you.

💼 You’ll Fully Own

Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate all leads for:

    • Private aerial yoga parties (bachelorette, birthdays, team events, etc.)

    • 1-on-1 private sessions (custom coaching, first-timers, etc.)

  • Pitch and promote events to existing Flight Room students and new audiences

  • Build local community partnerships and referral pipelines

  • Contribute to and collaborate on social content, email marketing, and campaigns — but you’re expected to bring your own ideas to the table

Sales

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or text

  • Book events with confidence and close sales efficiently

  • Track and report on metrics: leads, conversion rates, and revenue

  • Follow up relentlessly — you are directly responsible for achieving $12K/month in sales

Coordination

  • Manage all event details from inquiry to execution

  • Create systems, templates, and automations to streamline your own workflow

  • Occasionally visit studios (1–2x/month) to restock supplies and gather marketing content

📈 Role Goals & Expectations

  • This role is not a passive admin position — it’s a sales and marketing role with ownership of growth

  • You will be expected to:

    • Hit a $12K/month revenue target through parties and sessions

    • Manage all aspects of the program independently

    • Treat this like running your own mini-business inside Flight Room

  • You’ll be supported with studio resources, systems, and marketing assets — but you are the driver

✨ Perks & Compensation

  • $21/hour base + 10% commission on all sales + significant bonuses upon hitting benchmarks

    • Earn $500–650/week before bonuses working ~10 hours if goals are hit

  • Free unlimited Flight Room membership

  • Free membership for a plus-one

  • Flexible hours and remote-friendly setup

  • Opportunity to grow your role as the program scales

🧍 You Are:

  • A natural connector who loves promoting something you believe in

  • Confident, organized, and excited to fully own your department

  • Proactive — you don’t need constant direction

  • Comfortable with light studio visits (Seattle-based preferred)

  • Experienced in sales — ideally with a background in fitness, wellness, events, boutique hospitality, or high-touch customer service

  • Skilled at building trust quickly, overcoming objections, and closing without being pushy

  • Familiar with basic sales tracking tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.)

  • Bonus if you’ve sold memberships, private sessions, or event packages before

📬 To Apply

Please submit the following by Friday, September 5th:

  • A brief cover letter sharing your ideas for how you would grow this program from a handful of events per month to a fully booked calendar — we want to hear your vision!

  • A resume highlighting relevant experience and demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, or event growth
