You may reserve a private room for full solo comfort—or share a room with a fellow retreat guest, and we’ll happily pair you.

Hi friends! My name is Jen and I’m the owner of Flight Room Seattle. My absolute FAVORITE part of my job is leading retreats and I cannot wait to share the magic of Amorgos with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get to Amorgos and the hotel?
Don’t be intimidated by the journey—it’s easier (and more beautiful) than you’d expect! We recommend flying into Athens on June 22 and staying overnight near the port (Piraeus) for a quick walk to the ferry the next morning.

We’ll take the 9:00 AM ferry on June 23 to Amorgos (Jen will send a booking link several months in advance.)The ferry ride lasts about 6 hours, passing stunning Greek islands like Paros and Naxos—You can even grab a meal or glass of wine on board while enjoying the views. Upon arrival, our hosts will meet us at the port and escort us directly to the hotel.

Can I attend with a friend or partner?
Absolutely! When you register, simply select double occupancy and choose between a king bed or two twins. You'll share a beautiful sea view room with a private balcony.

I’m new to aerial yoga—will I be okay?
Yes! This retreat is designed for all levels. Whether you're brand new or have years of experience, the classes will meet you where you are. We’ll offer a mix of playful, energizing, and restorative sessions that are fully accessible. Expect a supportive environment and lots of encouragement—no performance pressure, just joy.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending?
You won’t be alone! Most retreat participants come solo, and many leave with new lifelong friends. If you book a shared room, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest who’s also traveling alone.

What’s the cancellation policy?

  • More than 180 days before retreat: Refundable minus $500 deposit

  • 61–179 days before retreat: 50% refundable

  • 60 days or less before retreat: Non-refundable

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
