Membership Credit

This form is for students on a Hybrid Flyer or VIP Hybrid Flyer plan who have already made a June payment and would like a credit (prorated for the amount of time paid that the studio was closed) applied to their account.

If you would prefer to have unused classes roll over to the next month (no expiration on using your class credits), that will happen automatically and you don’t need to fill out this form. Questions? Please reach out to Jen at info@flightroomseattle.com.
