Oh my gosh, our 2023 trip to Villa Serena in the Dominican Republic was SO EPIC we had to get another one on the calendar.

Picture: tantalizing Dominican cuisine, exploring hidden beaches, snorkeling with turtles, sumptuous beachfront massages & savasana overlooking turquoise waters. YES! This is an experience not to be missed.

Your retreat includes three delicious meals each day, luxury accommodations, twice daily aerial yoga classes in the oceanfront studio, 60 minute beachfront massage, private snorkeling tour with lunch and access to the resort’s many amenities including pool, beach, snorkels, bicycles & kayaks.

We intentionally build in plenty of “down time” to allow you to be as adventurous or as relaxed as you’d like.

You’ll come home from the retreat with a full heart, new friends, and plenty of photos to save your precious memories!

Choose between the convenience of 12 monthly payments or pay in one lump sum. Your registration will officially be confirmed after your first monthly payment or a $300 deposit if you choose to pay in full.

Cost includes: 7 nights boutique accommodations, three fabulous meals daily, twice daily aerial yoga classes, access to resort amenities, private snorkeling/beach tour, 60-minute beachfront massage, private shuttle transportation to and from the Las Americas international airport in Santo Domingo (SDQ) and all taxes. The price does not include beverages (available for purchase onsite), airfare or additional activities not listed above.

Frequent Asked Questions

What flight should I book?
You are welcome to book any flight that arrives into Las Americas international airport in Santo Domingo (SDQ) before 4pm on January 18th and that departs after 12pm on January 25th.

We will arrange complimentary round trip transportation (three-hour private shuttle) to and from the airport based on flight arrival and departure times.

I’d like to attend with a friend/partner. How do I register for two people?

Please submit one form for each person and make a note that you would like to share a room. Please let us know if you’d prefer two double beds or one king bed when you submit your form.

I’d like to attend but I’m nervous I’m not advanced enough in my aerial yoga practice.

This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are! Some people attending will be experienced aerial yogis and some will be brand new. We will all support each other’s growth, no matter which stage of journey we are on.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending the retreat?

Most of our retreat attendees register as individuals and are not traveling with a friend or partner, so you’ll be in good company. If you’re reserving a shared room, we will take care of matching you with another student traveling alone. One of the biggest benefits of the retreat experience is meeting new friends!

What other types of activities can I add on to my experience?

Villa Serena offers a wide range of optional excursions from adventurous zip lining to a National Park Tour to scuba diving to rum tastings and is happy to help coordinate any additional activities you’d like to try.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival are eligible to have the retreat payment transferred to a future retreat. We strongly recommend all participants purchase trip insurance that covers “cancellation for any reason.”
